About the Petzl NEWTON EasyFit MEWP Kit

In this kit, you'll receive a NEWTON EasyFit fall arrest harness, a pre-assembled ABSORBICA-I 150 fall arrest lanyard, and a vibrant yellow BUCKET 15 bag. The simplicity of this kit allows for quick and easy installation; simply attach the carabiner on the shock-absorber end to the fall arrest attachment point on the harness and the carabiner on the other end to the approved fall arrest anchor point in the MEWP.
Petzl NEWTON EasyFit
The NEWTON EasyFit is a user-friendly, ergonomically designed fall-arrest harness. Featuring cushioned shoulder straps and FAST LT PLUS buckles on the leg loops, it enables the harness to be securely worn while keeping both feet firmly on the ground, without compromising the adjustment. Its lightweight, breathable construction includes two convenient zippered pockets for storing small essentials. The harness ensures quick access to tools, thanks to its equipment loops and slots. Additionally, its textile sternal attachment point and metal and textile dorsal attachment points offer exceptional versatility.
Petzl ABSORBICA-I VARIO
The ABSORBICA-I VARIO is an adjustable energy-absorbing lanyard. This device is meant to be used along a horizontal rope or on an elevated platform without passing intermediate anchors. It can safely handle weights between 110 and 308 lbs and features the VARIO adjustment system, which allows the lanyard length to be adjusted in order to reduce potential fall height. Additionally, this lanyard comes pre-assembled with two Bm’D connectors and two CAPTIV positioning bars.
Petzl BUCKET 15
Petzl NEWTON Fast MEWP Kit comes with a bright yellow BUCKET 15 bag for convenient transporting and carrying of your harness and lanyard. This handy bag utilizes a roll-top closure with a securing buckle, two durable handles to carry, and a zipper pocket on the outside. It is crafted with strong TPU tarn material and is resistant to UV, extreme temperatures, oil, and grease.
